At pinsneakers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Return & Refund Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If 45 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In specific cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after the 45-day return window
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email at contacts@pinsneakers.com regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider—posting delays may occur.
- If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at contacts@pinsneakers.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contacts@pinsneakers.com with details and photos of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
- A gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, who will also be notified.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us at contacts@pinsneakers.com.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
